TOY PICKUP FAQs

1. Will You Confirm My Appointment?

Appointments will be confirmed via email with additional instructions. Due to the amount of families being served, please do not call or send emails regarding appointments.

2. What If I Miss My Appointment?

If you are not able to make your appointment time, please arrive the same day you were scheduled before 6PM. If you can't make it at all the day you're scheduled, your appointment will automatically be rescheduled to the last day of pickup: December 15th 9AM-6PM. 

3. What Do I Need to Bring to My Appointment?

Please bring one of the following for each child you're shopping for: medical card, birth certificate or social security card. We prefer a medical card if available. You have to have at least one of these documents present to shop.

4. What Is the Pickup Address?

Please use the side door. THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE CLOSED.

5. Can I Bring Children and/or Other Guests to My Appointment?

Children
Santa loves the kids, but for safety reasons, when you come to shop with us we kindly request that you leave your children at home. The elves are busy at work, and the reindeer are running around everywhere! In the event you have no other option for childcare, we would rather you come and not miss your appointment.

Other Guests
Please DO NOT bring additional guests with you. If a guest is necessary, they will not be able to shop for themselves or their family. Only adults previously signed up will be permitted to shop.
